I agree to adhere to all club rules and guidelines both current and any amendments. I am aware that I will be notified, written or verbal, by management if I have violated club rules. I understand that a violation of club rules may result in my immediate suspension and use of club facilities. If suspended I may not receive a refund of any advance paid member dues. Membership period is from date of submitted application for 12 consecutive months.
